This section includes important information about reservations, cancellations, use of common areas and other policies designed to
protect both you, our guests, and us as the host.
We invite you to read them carefully. If you have any questions or need clarification, we are at your disposal.

The customer agrees to:

  • No guests are allowed in addition to the number selected at the time of booking.
  • We kindly ask you for a security deposit of €500.00. We reserve the right to withhold the sum if damage is caused to objects or things inside Villa Ariella; In case there is no damage of any kind we will refund the sum. We reserve the right to terminate the contract/stay without refund with any guest who causes damage or inconvenience to other guests.
  • We kindly ask you to respect other guests and limit noise after 22.00.
  • In the unfortunate event that we are forced to cancel your booking due to dependent causes, we will refund the full amount paid. No further claims will be considered.
  • We accept no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to guests (including bicycles inside the courtyard), whether inside the house or in cars.
  • We do not accept responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests, whether on or off the property.
  • The house is equipped with linen, kitchen utensils, crockery and everything you need for an independent stay.
  • We recommend you to have a personal travel insurance with you, we will not provide this.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the house.
  • Smoking is forbidden inside the house.
  • It is forbidden to light candles or direct flames inside the house.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible of any problems during your stay, we will find a solution as soon as possible. By agreeing to stay at our facility, you declare that you understand and agree to these conditions.
